Attend ASH’s newest meeting to examine preclinical and clinical factors influencing the effective development, regulation, and implementation of immunotherapies for hematologic diseases. The summit’s interactive format will include didactic and breakout sessions, panel discussions, and opportunities to foster strategic collaborations among clinicians, academicians, industry and regulatory scientists, payers, and other experts focused on immunotherapy research and clinical translation.
A central goal of this summit is to bring together experts from around the world to:
- Discuss the current state of the science for cellular therapies, checkpoint inhibitors, and other forms of immunotherapy as it relates to all hematologic diseases
- Identify knowledge gaps and challenges that need to be addressed to improve the use of immunotherapies
- Establish a forum that addresses the clinical application of these therapies in hematologic diseases
- Outline strategies needed to improve effective regulation and implementation of these therapies into clinical practice
- Foster academia-industry-regulatory-payer partnerships that could accelerate the use of these therapies
- Develop a series of review articles for publication covering the most important issues in immunotherapies
